                <![CDATA[<ul><li>Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar commercial operations role; experience in a professional services or B2B environment is an advantage.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Salesforce (or a similar enterprise CRM) including configuration of reports, dashboards, and sales processes.</li><li>Very strong Excel skills, including complex formulas, data analysis, and visualization; experience with BI tools is a plus.</li><li>Proven ability to work with KPIs, sales performance data, and forecasts, translating insights into clear recommendations for commercial leaders.</li><li>Structured, solution-oriented and detail-focused working style with a high level of analytical thinking.</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and business-oriented way to different stakeholders.</li><li>Comfortable working in an international, cross-functional environment and collaborating closely with global colleagues on shared processes and standards.</li><li>Fluent German and very strong English skills, both written and spoken.</li></ul>]]>
