Your mission
- Serve as the primary owner of Salesforce for the German sales organization, including data structure, user management, workflows, and continuous improvement of the CRM setup.
- Design, document, and standardize sales processes across teams, ensuring a scalable and efficient way of working from lead to close.
- Establish and drive pipeline and forecast governance, including clear definitions, guidelines, and routines that improve forecast accuracy and transparency.
- Safeguard data quality and CRM discipline by defining standards, monitoring adherence, and implementing corrective measures where needed.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Excel that enable sales leadership to make informed decisions on performance, pipeline health, and commercial priorities.
- Lead the rollout of best practices across sales teams (e.g., opportunity management, account planning, activity tracking) and provide training and enablement for sales users.
- Partner closely with global Sales Operations colleagues on KPI definitions, dashboard standards, and operating rhythms to ensure alignment and comparability across regions.
- Contribute to our ongoing technology and business integration journey, helping to harmonize systems, data, and processes across countries and functions.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other business functions to connect commercial data with financial and operational metrics, ensuring a holistic view of performance.
Your profile
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar commercial operations role; experience in a professional services or B2B environment is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (or a similar enterprise CRM) including configuration of reports, dashboards, and sales processes.
- Very strong Excel skills, including complex formulas, data analysis, and visualization; experience with BI tools is a plus.
- Proven ability to work with KPIs, sales performance data, and forecasts, translating insights into clear recommendations for commercial leaders.
- Structured, solution-oriented and detail-focused working style with a high level of analytical thinking.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and business-oriented way to different stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in an international, cross-functional environment and collaborating closely with global colleagues on shared processes and standards.
- Fluent German and very strong English skills, both written and spoken.
